At Buyswadeshi Products, we are committed to providing valuable training, awareness, and business development programs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our online seminars, workshops, or other paid programs.

🔁 1. Cancellation by Participant
  • Once a registration is completed and payment is made, it is considered final.

  • If you are unable to attend the seminar, we request you to inform us at least 3 days before the seminar date.

  • In such cases, you may be eligible to:

    • Transfer your seat to another batch/session (subject to availability), or

    • Receive a credit for a future program within 90 days.

❌ Refunds will not be processed for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event).

💳 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:

  • If the seminar is canceled or rescheduled by our team and you are unable to attend the new date.

  • If there is a duplicate or accidental payment (proof required).

  • If technical issues prevent access to the paid service and we are unable to resolve it.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

⚠️ 3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Change of mind after successful registration

  • Incomplete or incorrect registration details provided by the user

  • Delay in joining the session due to personal technical/internet issues

  • Seminar attended partially or completely
